Making History: a community history project in EC1

EC1 Wellbeing Project is preparing to uncover the
history of EC1 – a fascinating part of London. We’re looking for anyone who is 11 years or older and
lives in the area to come and join us. Interested?
You’ll be invited to join a Making History group for a
couple of hours a week, taking place throughout the autumn. The groups will be
led by a local historian who will help unearth the secrets of the past in an
informal and interesting way. The project will culminate in the painting of a
huge history mural on a community building in EC1.
We're particularly keen for adults of all ages to join the history
quest - both to get involved with the history search and to
share memories of growing up and living in the area.
