Invitations are out to speakers for our 2010/2011 series of lectures, and replies are coming in. Keep watching the 'Events' page for updates.

Dr Thomas Lorman, a previous speaker to the Society will launch the new series in September; in November we expect to confirm a presentation on maps and mapping, and in December we'll be giving a warm welcome to our western neighbours the Camden History Society. The new year will see Dr Carole Walker present on Caroline Chisholm and the mid-nineteenth century Family Colonisation Loan Society.
